Training & Development
Metz Culinary Management is committed to ongoing employee development through education, training, and recognition programs. We believe our employees should learn from the best and we provide the opportunity and talent that makes this possible. Culinary skills are developed through classes at the Penn State University’s School of Hospitality Management, through elite vendor programs, and through our own in-house Culinary Specialist team. Additional training programs, such as Manager In Training, ServeSafe, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and the Association for Food Service Directors are designed to improve leadership skills, operational effectiveness, and quality control. All of our educational and training programs are designed to equip team members with the skills needed to deliver superior service and products and to prepare them for advancement within our organization.
