Children are our future – and at Metz & Associates, we focus on helping them build the foundation for a healthier life. The Metz team of Registered Dietitians and other professionals work to provide students in k-12 with the nutritional knowledge they need to make the right choices and develop healthy eating habits. From our customized menu plans to our “Wellness Friends” program, which encompasses “Nutritious Friends,” “Commissioner Nutrition,” “Nutritious Friendly Snacks,” and “Wellness Education,” an array of age-appropriate educational programs, we strive to provide students with the tools they need make good decisions about the foods they eat. Our unique and delicious way of introducing healthier food items, including a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, really appeals to younger appetites.
