Metz & Associates, Ltd. is committed to ongoing employee development through education, training and recognition programs. Culinary skills are developed through classes at the Culinary Institute of America, through elite vendor programs and through our own, in-house Quality Through Culinary Excellence program. Additional training programs, such as Manager In Training, ServeSafe, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and the Association for Food Service Directors are designed to improve leadership skills, operational effectiveness and quality control. All of our educational and training programs are designed to equip team members with the skills needed to deliver superior service and products and to prepare them for advancement within our organization.
